As a luxury Appliance Technician, you are provided with your own service van, modern uniform, laptop and necessary items to ensure a successful start. You must be organized and possess excellent communication skills. We require mechanically inclined people that want to be part of the leading luxury appliance servicer. We are seeking a dedicated team player to ensure quality, efficient and expert service to every customer in the greater Seattle area. Luwa works to ensure we don't overload our technicians. As a Luwa Luxury Appliance Technician, we ask you to focus on servicing the product and caring for our customers. Our inside sales team will speak with the clients, and our state of the art software will schedule all of the calls and help you order all of the parts! On average, our technicians perform 5-6 service calls per day. Performing service for our clients using time management and superior customer service is key. We love our people!

REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN - APPLIANCE REPAIR- APPLIANCE MAINTENANCE

APPLIANCE SERVICE TECHNICIAN - APPLIANCE MAINTENANCE - APPLIANCE REPAIR

As a Home Appliance Repair Technician, you will have the opportunity to continue training for repair of ranges, washers, dryers, electric cooktops, dishwashers, Refrigeration, built-in refrigeration, coffee systems and other luxury residential appliances.

Appliance repair responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the highest quality customer service and care
• Providing timely and quality repair of clients products
• Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service
• Meeting key performance metrics and service goals
• Promoting and selling additional products and services
• Communicating benefits of Luwa value added services
• Follow van maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized van
• Working with other team members to accomplish company goals

- APPLIANCE AND REPAIR TECHNICIAN -

As a Luwa Luxury Appliance Service Technician, you must be organized and possess excellent communication skills and a keen sense of mechanical inclination. Requirements of the Service Technician role include:

• Minimum 2 years of mechanical repair experience (appliances preferred)
• High School diploma or general education degree
• Required licenses up to date
• Ability to perform accurate diagnosis and repair of client product
• Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
• Ability to follow direction and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
• Ability to use a computer for email, calendar and parts research
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Must complete and maintain all technician training elements
• Must be reliable and have a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
