Job Summary
We at Mr. Appliance® are looking for qualified professionals to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Appliance on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer requests. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Duties
- Answer phones with an upbeat and friendly demeanor
- Schedule all appliance repair requests in a timely manner
- Respond as needed on Teams chats (CSR Help, RTS, Office Chat, Parts &Questions)
- Follow up with emails
- Scheduling work orders of all nature such as property management, extended warranty, home warranty, manufacture warranty, online appointments
- Helping technicians in the field
- Parts ordering & lookup
- Opportunity calls
- Escalation requests and follow up
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills
- Sales experience
- Dispatching experience for in-home services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive attitude
- Team player who can work independently.
