We are seeking a Controller to oversee our financial operations and drive strategic growth.

As the Controller, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. This role plays a crucial part in supporting executive leadership with financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to guide business decisions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial transactions
• Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies that support business growth
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and professional development
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings
