Performance Standards: All Account Managers will be measured on sales key performance indicators such as:
- New Customer Acquisition: Number of new clients secured in a defined timeframe.
- Overall Sales Growth: Year-over-year revenue growth within assigned accounts and territories.
- Client Retention Rate: Percentage of existing clients retained over a defined period.
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting while driving to client locations, standing and walking for extended periods during site visits, networking events, and trade shows, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds when assisting with minor on-site tasks or product demonstrations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a relationship-driven sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment or the multi-family/apartment industry.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as frequent local travel to client sites and networking events is required (a company car is provided).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
