Key Responsibilities
1. Business Operations & Strategy
- Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement business strategies, processes, and policies to enhance productivity.
- Identify operational gaps and propose effective solutions to streamline workflows.

2. Financial & Budget Oversight
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for revenue growth.
- Drive business development efforts to expand market presence and increase revenue.
3. Team & Employee Management
- Serve as the key liaison between the owner and employees, ensuring clear communication.
- Ensure teams work cohesively toward company goals.
4. Business Growth & Development
- Identify new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and innovative service offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Implement marketing and branding strategies in collaboration with the creative team.
- Utilize social media to attract potential clients and maintain brand presence.
5. Event Oversight & Quality Control
- Oversee event execution processes to ensure seamless delivery.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain Luxe Ambiance’s reputation for excellence.
- Address and resolve any challenges during event planning or execution.
