At Omni X, we train and coach real estate agents, team leaders, and brokerage owners across the country to grow high-performance businesses through strategic content, systems, and leadership.
You’ll be the content driver behind both brands:
- Luxe Omni – Focused on lifestyle, brand storytelling, team content, and behind-the-scenes visuals
- Omni X – Focused on agent attraction, education, thought leadership, and digital visibility
This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday). You can start as early as 7:30 AM or as late as 10:00 AM—work 8 hours, and take at least a 30-minute lunch to reset. Flexible schedule, consistent expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & Strategy
- Capture daily content (office life, BTS, team, lifestyle, educational content)
- Plan and execute short-form video shoots and brand visuals
- Post daily Reels, Carousels, Stories, and feed content across both Luxe Omni and Omni X accounts
- Use ChatGPT and other tools to assist in writing high-impact, on-brand captions
- Edit video content for Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Analyze results, track performance, and suggest strategic pivots when needed
- Keep content aligned with current trends, voice, and platform best practices
Omni X Focused Content
- Create educational and authority-building content for agents and team leaders
- Develop Reels, Carousels, and campaigns that position Omni X as a leader in real estate growth and marketing
- Support the digital brand of Christina Gentry through strategic content that builds connection and credibility
Team Collaboration
- Occasionally guide agents and team members on-camera to help them feel confident
- Communicate what’s working and where support is needed
- Bring ideas to the table proactively
What We’re Looking For
- Strong eye for photography & videography
- Knowledge of social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools
- Strong copywriting ability (bonus if you’ve written for a brand before)
- Experience working with or for a personal brand or business
- Organized, independent, and results-driven
Bonus: YouTube content planning and posting experience is a major plus!
