Job description

Duties :

• Oversee the operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of residents
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of meals
• Monitor food production, portion control, and quality standards
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
• Train and supervise dietary staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dietary services
