Duties :
- Oversee the operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of residents
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of meals
- Monitor food production, portion control, and quality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Train and supervise dietary staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dietary services
