Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Rep with field experience in cabinet manufacturing or construction. In this role, you will work directly with builders, remodelers, and homeowners—reviewing Blueprints/ Plans, Sales consulting from initial contact through install. You will ensure that our jobs are ready to go into production through installation.
What You’ll Do
- Represent our company onsite with professionalism, care, and a strong customer service attitude
- Interpret and review blueprints
- Work closely with builders, remodelers, and homeowners to clarify project needs and expectations
- Communicate project details to the internal production team to ensure accurate quoting and manufacturing
- Identify potential issues early and help resolve them before they impact production
- Build strong relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cabinet manufacturing, installation, carpentry, or construction
- Ability to read blueprints and cabinet plans
- Understanding of custom cabinet installation requirements
- Professional presence in the field – dependable, respectful, and organized
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel around the central Texas region
- Prior Sales Experience
