Duties:
- Order Processing, including Purchase Order review and order tracking
- Quotation processing in support of the Sales Team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Provide timely communications with customers to provide availability, shipping, and order status
- Maintain and update customer data as required
- Associate's Degree in Business or 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
