What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Validation Engineer position at Luxoft?
ADAS Front Camera System Validation project
Supports previous camera generations (gen 3 & 4), Process Validation PV Testing for several automotive standards, collaborating with customers to meet testing timelines, organizing external laboratory testing, and developing in-house tests.
Supports ongoing Thermal Camera Gen5 development focusing on Design Validation DV Testing. Focuses on supporting and managing remote testing stations and designing new testing methods as the camera product develops.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews system test cases at bench and vehicle level.
- Executes bench-level test cases and vehicle-level test cases.
- Documents system test execution evidence like logs, verdict, annotation, screen shots, videos as part of system test reports.
- Creates defects for failures.
Mandatory Skills Description:
Previous experience dealing with Thermal Camera system development is required.
A good understanding of various ADAS sensors (Camera, LIDAR, Radar, DMS, USS) is necessary to perform vehicle testing.
Knowledge of ADAS product/test experience is desired.
The ability to follow test steps and execute test cases in a vehicle driven on public roads and test tracks is essential.
A working knowledge of tools such as DMM, Oscilloscope, Video Scope, etc., is required.
Knowledge of software such as Elektrobit ADTF, dSPACE RT Maps is preferred.
Familiarity with various annotation/ground truthing methodologies is required.
A working knowledge of CAN and LIN-based tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, neoVI and other automotive networks and related tools is necessary.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
Knowledge of ADAS ECU system design.
ASPICE methodology.
FuSa ISO26262.
