We are seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to join our team in San Diego. This dynamic role combines event coordination, brand promotion, and lead generation—offering both flexibility and full-time earning potential.
- Event Coordination:
- Research, book, and manage event and trade show schedules.
- Negotiate contracts with event vendors.
- Oversee booth setup, breakdown, and organization.
- Track and report on event performance and lead generation.
- Brand Representation & Lead Generation:
- Engage with event attendees and homeowners to promote our services.
- Distribute marketing materials and explain product benefits.
- Collect lead information and schedule in-home design consultations.
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in targeted areas to generate interest.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and outgoing presence at all times.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a drive to engage potential customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Organized with strong planning skills.
- Willingness to travel locally to events (must have reliable transportation).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
