Nalu is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our neuromodulation product portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Downstream Marketing, this individual will be responsible for implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support commercial growth, customer acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, and lead nurturing within the medical device industry.

- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that attract and convert healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
- Implement and optimize multi-channel marketing programs including email, paid media, SEO, website content, webinars, and events
- Partner with the sales team to create targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies that align with commercial priorities and sales goals
- Own lead scoring, funnel analytics, and conversion tracking to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance
- Manage and enhance marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) to improve engagement and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, product marketing, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and positioning
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
- Support the execution of key industry events, conferences, and webinars, ensuring lead capture and post-event follow-up strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing ROI and enhance customer engagement
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines to ensure marketing initiatives meet industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or B2B technology industries
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive lead acquisition and revenue growth
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience in B2B lead nurturing and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, campaign performance tracking, and KPI reporting
- Ability to develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willing and able to work in the corporate office a minimum of 4 days/week
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
