Responsibilities
- Lead shop to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Organization of shop
- Ensure completion of shop maintenance and repair work.
- Maintaining work records and files.
- Processes material and supply purchases.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship on all projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor equipment and address any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair equipment.
- Oversee small equipment management between shop and crew leaders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
