Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public spaces
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance for all housekeeping staff
- Conduct detailed room inspections to ensure 5-star quality and consistency
- Control supply inventory and maintain departmental budgets
- Coordinate with front office, facilities, and maintenance teams to meet guest expectations
- Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and staff development
- Uphold sanitation and safety standards; supervise deep-cleaning and special projects
- Respond to guest inquiries and ensure prompt, personalized service
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be available weekends and have a flexible schedule
- Professional, polished appearance
Preferred:
- Experience with Forbes 5-Star or AAA 5-Diamond properties
- Bilingual (Spanish or French preferred)
- Background in luxury hospitality or private club environments
