JOB OVERVIEW:
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving marketing initiatives to elevate our brand and generate leads. The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our websites, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. This fast-paced environment offers ample opportunities for creativity and innovation. Our ideal candidate is full of ideas about how to market luxury properties and ready to share and execute them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage and curate content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting schedules aligned with marketing campaigns, property listings, and industry trends.
- Develop and manage new marketing materials for property listings
- Create, maintain and update multiple property websites
- Coordinate and manage monthly e-blasts and newsletter campaigns
- Create presentations for potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and luxury real estate industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience (2 years) in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably within the luxury real estate or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, OnlyPult), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Strong creative writing and grammar skills
- Self-motivated and proactive team player with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Miami MLS
- Experience with WordPress and web management
- Knowledge of the Miami Beach real estate market and luxury lifestyle trends
- Bilingual
Job Type:
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $720.00 to $800.00 per week
