Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our Omakase team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japanese Omakase, with a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.
Duties
- Prepare and present high-quality meals that align with our restaurant's standards.
- Able to handle fish and have great knife skills.
- Maintain inventory management by tracking supplies, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste.
- Communicate with customers and ensure a pleasant dinning experience.
- Work with head chef to create menu items that cater to various dietary needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef with at least 2 years of experience working in Japanese Omakase spots.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen practices and food production techniques.
- Familiarity with all the fishes and ingredients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
