Title: PM with Buying Program/ EA experience
Location: RTP, NC - hybrid - Local Preferred
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Job Description:
- Knowledge of Cisco’s Enterprise Agreement (EA) processes, policies, and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with applications such as EAMP, EA workspace, CCW & CCW_R, and a basic understanding of downstream and upstream impacts.
- Analyze the service install base coverage of customers, understand how True forward charges are incurred, and provide resolutions for disputes.
- Accurate True forward order creation and should assist with holds management and fulfillment/closure.
- Log incidents with IT for Services EA technical issues and track them for long-term fixes.
- Work-level instructions with detailed instructions and process flows should be created whenever there is a change in process or policies.
- Conduct business analysis of current system capabilities and challenges, document manual steps, work with RPMs and IT to enable the enhancements/automations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Partners, IT & RPMs, etc., explain the problem statement, and work towards resolutions.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $48.70 - $54.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
