Travel Center Site Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Manager to oversee and coordinate travel arrangements for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong time management abilities, and a passion for travel. As a Travel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all travel plans are executed smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and budgets.
• Conduct interviews with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Research and book transportation, accommodations, and activities, ensuring the best prices and options are available.
• Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements and client interactions.
• Provide ongoing support to clients during their travels, addressing any issues or changes that may arise.
• Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing bookings and itineraries.
• Time management skills to handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is advantageous but not required.
