What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clubhouse Attendant (Part Time) position at LV Property Management, LLC?
Summary:
Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Clubhouse Attendant monitors the property clubhouse, pool activity, and grounds.
This is a part time, seasonal position expected to run from early / mid May to September. Evening and weekend hours are required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and guests and treat them in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, pool, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor and observe the pool area to ensure residents are following property rules.
- Maintain the cleanliness of BBQ areas and dog wash stations.
- Assist in community events.
- Report any incidents to the Property Manager
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or high school student.
- Valid driver’s license.
Requirements:
- 12-week minimum commitment.
- Evening and weekend hours required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
Work Environment:
Work is mainly performed outside at the pool / clubhouse area. Noise levels are usually moderate and occasionally high due to the use of the pool, BBQ grills, and equipment.
