Overview: Our ideal candidate is a dynamic, skilled professional committed to managing daily operations with a focus on fiscal health, maintenance excellence, and community well-being. As an LV Property Manager, you will lead, motivate, and play a pivotal role in building a sense of community.
Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 Bonuses!
Responsibilities:
Manage day to day operations, focusing on occupancy, collections, and budgets.

Focus on the needs of the residents, potential residents, and associates.
Inspect site grounds daily and inspect vacant units.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating staff.
Maximize income, control expenditures, and maintain financial objectives to meet established goals.
Able to develop and manage operational budgets to meet property goals and objectives.
Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet goals and objectives.
Work with onsite maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance requests are handled on an immediate basis, and any delays are properly communicated.
Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Provide vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings, and vendor relations.
Continually inspect property and improvements, recording deficiencies and taking the necessary action within budgetary allocations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a residential Property Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills.
Strong budget and financial understanding.
Certifications preferred (ARM, CRM).
Entrata software experience preferred.
Successful track record in marketing and leasing to maintain occupancy.
