One of our national level clients are hiring an experienced Project Manager/Civil Engineer for their Modesto, CA office. This role involves growing their Public Infrastructure site design & roadway practice, leading impactful projects, and bolstering their current team out of the Central Valley area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Grow municipal site design & roadway practice.
- Build relationships with clients and internal teams
- Engage in business development and proposal development
- Lead complex municipal site and infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Train technicians and EITs
- Deliver projects profitably within scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with local agencies and other teams
Required Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of municipal site and roadway design
- Expertise in managing projects from concept through construction
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor staff
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation experience is a plus
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 7 years in public infrastructure site and roadway design
- 5 years managing projects
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver profitable projects
- California PE license
Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000 base salary with additional bonus(es) and benefits.
