Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical parenteral manufacturing
- Experience working with and programming automated equipment, including vision systems, high-speed mechanical assembly lines, and Fanuc robotics
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred but not required; direct experience with the following is a plus:
- High-speed device assembly
- Packaging manufacturing equipment
- Parenteral manufacturing equipment (filling/inspection lines)
- Cartridge Tray Handling systems
- Syringe Tray Handling systems
- Knowledge of documentation management, with the ability to execute test cases, checklists, and track pending issues with appropriate follow-up
- Ability to program Rockwell PLC, FactoryTalk HMI/SCADA systems, with hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Experience working with mechanical assembly machines, pneumatics, instrumentation, and electrical drawings
- Experience collaborating with vendors and OEM personnel
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to participate in remote meetings and escalate issues effectively across teams
- Onsite work required in Indianapolis, IN
