Join an employee-owned consulting firm and ENR Top Design company seeking an experienced Traffic Design Project Manager to lead the design of diverse transportation engineering projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage transportation engineering projects involving traffic signals, roadway / street lighting, signing, striping, temporary traffic control, ITS, and fiber optic communications.

Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, earned value analysis, staffing allocation, and invoicing.

Lead the preparation and review of final design plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E).

Conduct client and project team meetings to provide updates, resolve design issues, and coordinate with other disciplines.

Lead business development efforts and foster relationships with clients.

Mentor junior staff to support their professional growth and skill development.

Pursue opportunities for personal growth in project management, technical expertise, and business development.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation, or related field.

6 years of experience in traffic engineering design.

PE license required.

Project management or major task lead experience.

Basic understanding of AutoCAD and Microstation software.

Working knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
