ABOUT THIS ROLE
LVT is seeking a results-driven Field Marketer with a focus on pipeline generation and acceleration to closed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). In this role, you'll be a vital connection between marketing and sales, aligning with sector and vertical sales teams to drive targeted, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that directly impact landing new accounts and expand existing accounts. Your expertise in planning, executing, and managing regional events and ABM campaigns will be instrumental in generating high-quality touchpoints, nurturing relationships, and memorable moments to shorten the sales cycle and accelerate growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pipeline Growth & Sales Alignment - Develop and execute field marketing programs to drive pipeline creation and accelerate revenue, ensuring alignment with sales priorities for faster deal closures.
- ABM & Sales Collaboration - Design and execute ABM campaigns in partnership with AEs and SDRs, leveraging data-driven insights to target high-priority accounts and enhance pipeline efficiency.
- Event Strategy & Execution - Plan and manage small to mid-sized events (e.g., roadshows, lunch-and-learns, regional tradeshows) to generate leads and accelerate deals, while supporting larger conferences for broader impact.
- Regional Engagement & Lead Nurturing - Organize customer roadshows and networking events to strengthen relationships, tailoring content and experiences to advance prospects through the buyer journey.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization - Measure pipeline impact and campaign ROI using CRM and marketing automation tools, continuously refining strategies to enhance conversion and revenue growth.
