What You’ll Do:

Community & Local Partnerships:

• Help sites build and manage relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to drive brand awareness.
• Identify and execute local sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships that align with Tagg-N-Go’s brand values.
• Represent Tagg-N-Go at networking events, business expos, and community gatherings. 

Event Planning & Execution:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing events, including grand openings, brand activations, and sponsorship fulfillment.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure event materials and logistics are on point.
• Track and report on event performance, engagement, and ROI to improve future activations.

Grassroots & Field Marketing Initiatives:

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies that increase awareness and guest engagement.
• Distribute marketing collateral to key community locations and partners.
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing and operations teams to bring campaigns to life at the store level.

Brand Experience & Engagement:

• Ensure Tagg-N-Go’s brand presence is consistent and engaging in all community-facing activations.
• Serve as an on-the-ground brand ambassador, helping to bring excitement and energy to events.
• Gather feedback from the field to inform future marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, partnerships, or event coordination.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to travel locally and work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
•  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with multi-location businesses or franchise brands.
• Background in grassroots marketing, sponsorships, or community engagement.
• Experience managing local advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Familiarity with event planning tools and marketing software.

Position Details:

• Full-Time, Exempt
• This is a full-time, in-office role at our Lehi Support Office, with occasional travel (up to 45%) for site visits, meetings, or marketing events.
• Ability to lift, carry, Push, or pull up to 25 Pounds
• Specific vision abilities, including close vision and the ability to discern variations in color
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and desk work
