About This Role
Join us at LVT to support our Chief Operations Officer (COO). As an Executive Assistant hire, you'll be instrumental in ensuring efficient operations and seamless support for his initiatives, providing both administrative and strategic support to executives in his operations and technical organizations. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, handling sensitive information, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. Additionally, you will act as a strategic partner, capable of contributing to tactical discussions and driving initiatives forward by collaborating with various teams. Your ability to navigate technical environments, anticipate challenges, and execute plans will be critical to success.

Your ability to navigate technical environments, anticipate challenges, and execute plans will be critical to success.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, strategic, and tactical support to executives overseeing operations and technical functions.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports.
- Translate executive vision into actionable plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive execution.
- Track key action items, deadlines, and deliverables, proactively following up as needed.
- Assist with event planning, including leadership offsites, team meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
- Proactively contribute to strategy discussions, helping to shape and refine key initiatives.
- Support document management, including contracts, reports, and confidential materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle ad hoc projects, research tasks, and administrative duties as assigned.
- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platforms. Strong Excel skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in high-level strategic discussions and drive initiatives to completion.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in a technology-driven or SaaS company.
- Familiarity with technical terminology and workflows.
