Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Excellent calendar management abilities to coordinate appointments effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient office environment.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy setting.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
