What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Trades Technician position at LWH?
We’re looking for Skilled Trades Technicians to join a high-performing team working on custom builds, systems, and specialty projects.
This is a 1st shift role, typically running 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday work when needed.
This position is perfect for someone who’s experienced in hands-on trades work and ready to apply their skills in a dynamic shop and job-site setting.
Your Role Might Include:
- Wiring control panels, installing conduit, or finalizing electrical connections
- Welding and fabricating metal components according to schematics
- Assisting with structural or finish construction, including framing and prep
- Installing or repairing plumbing and hydraulic systems on custom builds
- Reading blueprints, following build plans, and troubleshooting in real time
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in any combination of skilled trades like electrical, welding, construction, plumbing, or hydraulics (time in vocational school/training programs does not count toward this)
- A strong mechanical mind with the ability to adapt to different tasks
- Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and team collaboration
- Ability to read drawings and work efficiently with minimal oversight
Pay Range: $22–$24/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (6am–3:30pm or 7am–3:30pm)
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
