About the Job
LX Pantos America is looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics operations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of logistics or transportation operations experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Shipments: Plan and execute timely shipments, monitor transit progress, and resolve any delays.
- Manage Inventory: Ensure order details, shipping documents, and inventory records are consistent and accurate.
- Resolve Shipping Issues: Detect and fix shipping errors to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare Documentation: Generate accurate invoices and verify pricing and quantities.
- Track Deliveries: Monitor trucking and rail timelines to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Finalize Orders: Process billing orders, update transition events, and maintain accurate records.
