Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Manage and grow accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, tailoring content for each platform.
- Develop a content calendar aligned with brand goals and maintain organized workflows.
- Stay updated on social media trends, particularly within the home decor industry.
- Foster an interactive and engaged social media community through timely responses and encouraging follower interaction.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer and video editor to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Create SOPs and brand guidelines for structured and consistent social media execution.
- Use analytics to measure performance and optimize strategies.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Expertise in growing ecommerce social media accounts organically and through campaigns.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack, Asana, or Zapier is a plus.
- Startup Experience is a plus
- Ability to take charge of situation and taking ownership of tasks
- 3 years of experience managing social media for ecommerce or lifestyle brands.
- A strong understanding of platform-specific trends and strategies for luxury brands.
