Social Media Manager

Role

Build, grow, and maintain Lyfe Hardware's social media presence across key platforms while driving engagement and brand recognition in the luxury home decor niche.

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

• Manage and grow accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, tailoring content for each platform.
• Develop a content calendar aligned with brand goals and maintain organized workflows.
• Stay updated on social media trends, particularly within the home decor industry.
  
  

Engagement & Community Management

• Foster an interactive and engaged social media community through timely responses and encouraging follower interaction.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer and video editor to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
  
  

Content Planning & Organization

• Create SOPs and brand guidelines for structured and consistent social media execution.
• Use analytics to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  
  

Key Traits And Skills

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Expertise in growing ecommerce social media accounts organically and through campaigns.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack, Asana, or Zapier is a plus.
• Startup Experience is a plus
• Ability to take charge of situation and taking ownership of tasks
  
  

Essential Skills And Experience

• 3 years of experience managing social media for ecommerce or lifestyle brands.
• A strong understanding of platform-specific trends and strategies for luxury brands.
