Wadic is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team and help elevate our online presence across various platforms. If you’re passionate about social media, content creation, and engaging with online communities, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
This role involves producing high-quality video content for our social media channels, ensuring that the videos are engaging, visually appealing, and align with our brand identity. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to bring innovative ideas to life, helping to build a strong online presence and grow our social media following.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
To bring in new ideas for brand awareness, developing new SM channels, bring in new ideas based on different occasions e.g. 14 August, Ramadan, Eid etc.
Work with social media content writers, graphic designers, and other team members to enhance the overall impact of social media campaigns.
To work on financial and cost approvals for multiple content creation campaigns
Run paid advertising campaigns and promotions to grow our online presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or any other relevant field
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong creative, writing, and graphic design skills.
Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Ability to analyze and interpret data to adjust strategies and improve performance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content creation (photos, videos, blogs).
Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and its application to social media.
