The Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Media & Lyft Business will play a critical role in supporting the team in leading our emerging media business and business-to-business ventures. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the EVP and the Media & Business leadership team, ensuring alignment with Lyft's overall business objectives and mission.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Support : Assist the EVP in developing and executing comprehensive strategies for Lyft media and business-to-business initiatives that align with our company’s mission and objectives.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the EVP's organization, ensuring efficient workflow and communication across teams.
- Project Management : Lead and manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Data-Driven Insights : Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making processes and optimize business performance.
- Team Collaboration : Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across key functions and business units.
- Communication : Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of the EVP, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $180K - $230K. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
