An established primary care medicine practice in Northern NJ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Monday-Friday, with Friday's ending at 3pm. No weekend requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Provide outpatient services to adult patients (no peds)
· Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
· Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
· Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
· Develop and implement patient management plans
Qualifications:
· Active New Jersey License, CDS, DEA
· Ability to build rapport with patients
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Nurse Practitioner, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
