Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Duties
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Manage and analyze sales territories to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Engage in upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with territory management techniques and strategies to optimize performance.
- Experience in conducting product demos and engaging customers effectively.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
