We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at Lyman Lumber Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including constructing, repairing, restoring, and installing structural woodwork and related materials.
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of standard methods, practices, principles, tools, and equipment used in the carpentry trade and its associated occupational hazards;
- Knowledgeable of the qualities, adaptability, and use of various woods and materials;
- Basic knowledge of state codes and procedures including energy codes.
The successful candidate will be available for overtime as needed and must communicate well with crew and foreman.
