An established manufacturing Company is seeking a Front Office Manager with the following abilities and traits to join our team. We need a self-motivated professional who can keep the office and financials organized while working with the partners, customers, vendors and employees. A friendly personality to all and strong professional work ethic.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- A/P bill entry, processing, check printing, and reporting.
- Review/record accounts payable, cash receipts, accounts receivable, and revenue allocations
- A/R processing, invoicing, check receipt/post, reconciling, and management reports
- Perform payroll and healthcare enrollment/payment
- Journal entries; GL account reconciliations and reporting
- Financial reporting; accounts reconciling, and entry
- Work other departments when necessary.
- Maintain office inventory/supplies and equipment.
- Statement Reconciliation; bank, petty cash, credit card.
- Monitor and reconcile prepaid expense accounts and fixed asset accounts
- General administrative support: data entry, report generation, filing.
Knowledge and Competencies Required
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- 3 plus years' experience with all aspects of accounting software, preferably SAGE 50
- In-depth knowledge of Bookkeeping and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office and related programs.
- AA degree in finance preferred
- 3 plus years' experience business/office administration.
- Strong organizational, reconciliation and detail skills a must.
