This is a full-time position for someone with a strong background in real estate office operations and a no-nonsense approach to getting the job done.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple companies
- Process and pay construction invoices accurately and on time
- Utilize expertise in title insurance to support real estate transactions
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a real estate office environment
- In-depth knowledge of title insurance processes
- Strong skills in accounts payable/receivable management
- Common sense, reliability, and a proactive attitude -- no room for distraction or excuses
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Requirements:
Bookkeeping experience, preferably in real estat/construciton
Proficiency in QuickBooks and standard office tools. Any experience with construction programs such as Houzz, Sage, Job Tread.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
