Lynchburg Air Preheater Corp. (LAPCO) is currently seeking an office manager / bookkeeper to fill a full time, hourly position. We are looking for someone who is responsible with good time management and a professional demeanor. Lapco is a small business with a quiet, slower paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Accounts payables.
· Accounts receivables.
· Payroll.
· Corporate books maintenance.
· Business system data entry.
· Administrative support.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2yr experience in a similar role.
· Knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
· PC Literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
· Strong organizational skills with a high level of detail.
· Strong communication skills.
Compensation:
· $20-$22 / Hour
· Company paid medical and dental plans available
· 401(k) plan with a percentage company match (available after the first year of employment)
· Two weeks paid vacation, earn one week after the first six months and the second week after the first year.
