Reports to: Various Front Office Staff Members
Ticket Seller Job Description:
· Serve the general public by selling event related tickets.
· Responsible for taking payments.
· Operate computers and credit card equipment.
· Sell and process ticket orders via over-the-counter
· Resolve ticket issues as needed.
· Distribute ticket information to patrons and answer questions in response to inquiries about game day and events.
· Assist with closing of the ticket office, including updating seating charts and event information.
· Additional duties may be assigned.
Parking Attendant Job Description:
· Greet all arriving and departing guests at the ballpark.
· Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow to proper areas.
· Assist fans with questions regarding directions, and information regarding the ballpark.
· Monitor parking lots for safety and security of fans, employees, and vehicles.
· Address all customer comments and complaints; involve supervisor as needed.
· Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Usher Job Description:
· Greet, Direct, and Assist fans that arrive at the ballpark.
· Provide fans with information about the ballpark, seating charts, restrooms, concessions, promotion items and emergency exits.
· Offer suggestions to make the game day experience one of the best.
· Inform fans on upcoming promotions/events at that ballpark.
· Assist all fans with locating their respective seating location within the ballpark, and assist fans by answering questions about the facility and team.
· Request wheelchair and courtesy cart transportation as needed.
· Assist in keeping the ballpark a clean environment, and work with the management staff to resolve any situation which requires attention.
· Additional duties may be assigned.
Concessions Description:
- Available positions include cashiers, runners, cooks, suite servers, stand managers, and suite level cooks.
- Serve the general public by selling food and drinks.
- Responsible for taking payments.
- Operate POS systems and credit card equipment.
- Resolve ticket issues as needed.
- Distribute ticket information to patrons and answer questions in response to inquiries about game day and events.
Qualifications:
· Working experience in payment handling.
· Strong computer proficiency and analytical, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills preferred.
· Must be able to work Opening Day and July 4th
· Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.
· Ability to work accurately with attention to detail in a high volume sales environment.
· Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold, and rain.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 4-6 hours.
