- Assist with setup of trusted vendors via Vendor Credentialing in Realpage software
- Follow through all aspects of the vendor credentialing process, provide expert follow up, exceptional assistance to the on-site property managers & corporate departments
- Oversees Spend Management software. Provides as needed training to onsite and corporate staff. Ensuring all aspects of ordering and invoicing are running seamlessly, allowing sites to maximize purchasing power and control spending
- Assist Accounting with OneSite accounting vendor creations and vendor profile maintenance
- Attend monthly scheduled calls with OpsTechnology to review property compliance reports and leads the charge to notify upper management as well as appropriate teams for process improvements, areas of training opportunities, and overall success
- Provide training support to newly onboarded properties
- Coordinates with Takeover and Disposition team for all transitional properties
- Filing 1096s and 1099s by hard annual deadline
- Fill in for administrative staff as needed
- Other duties assigned
