Lyndon Town School is seeking a music teacher for general music instruction, performances, lessons, recorders, laughter, and music! Do you love children and love music? Selected candidates must have training in music and musical instruments and the ability to continue our music program in collaboration with our second music teacher and our school principal. The candidate should be licensed or licensable by the State of Vermont with the appropriate endorsement.
The Lyndon Town School s part of the Kingdom East School District in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We operate seven preK-8th grade schools ranging from 60 to 500 students. Our high school students have “choice” and may opt to attend one of the traditional independent schools -- Lyndon Institute or St. Johnsbury Academy -- or another high school of their choice.
We are located about 3 hours from Montreal, Boston, and Portland, ME.
