Lyne Laboratories is looking for a Quality Assurance Document Clerk (Part TIme) to assist with the management and maintenance of all documents and records within the Quality Assurance Department. Lyne Laboratories, with more than 45 years of experience, is a privately held, well-established company with a successful history of manufacturing liquid, semi-solid and powder formulations of both prescription and OTC products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Document Clerk include, but are not limited to:
- Scan and Copy: Create electronic copies of all documents.
- File and Organize: Sort, file, and store documents.
- Enter data: Input information into databases.
- Verify: Confirm accuracy of all scanned documents.
- Support: Assist others in the department as requested and as needed.
Qualification /Requirements
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma required;
- 1-2 years work experience in a general office position preferred
Requirements:
- Experience working with computers – knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Organizational Skills
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Time Management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
