What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Imaging/Quality Assurance Support position at Tempus Unlimited?
Document Imaging/Quality Assurance Support provides support to Tempus Unlimited, Inc employees by scanning, indexing and auditing Supported Living, Employment Services and Adult Foster Care program documents within the document imaging system, maintaining defined productivity and accuracy standards for scanning.
Essential Functions
Prepares all documents for efficient entry into document imaging system
Organizes scanned document images by indexing to proper locations within the electronic record
Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of the completed work
Identify common issues and suggest suitable solutions to resolve in a timely manner
Maintain daily tracking reports of work performed
Process all incoming documents including and electronic files
Track, document and create daily reports of incoming and outgoing documents
Manage and administrate document control to ensure compliance with internal procedures
Preform Quality Assurance to ensure legibility and accuracy
Responsible for monthly purge maintenance of paper and electronic formats
Archive and securely discard duplicates and obsolete documents
Maintains confidentiality of all Consumer/PCA information
Other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or program manager
Must report all suspected incidents of consumer sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (D.P.P.C)

Excellent organizational skills for initiation and maintenance of efficient workflow

Good visual awareness
Able to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office type implements to accomplish document imaging duties
Ability to work in a high production environment while maintaining close attention to detail
Ability to work independently.
Preferred Experience
Must have experience working in an office environment
Must have one year experience working with people with disabilities, and this can include lived experience
Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
