Printing Press Operator

Our client, a specialty packaging platform located in Warminster, PA, is seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator/Pressman for a Contract to Hire Opportunity on 3rd shift to join their team. This position is ideal for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in the field, dedicated to producing high-quality printed materials.

Responsibilities:

• Operate printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials according to job specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance on printing presses to ensure they are functioning at peak performance and to extend their longevity.
• Monitor the production process, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or operational issues with printing equipment.
• Ensure the efficient and smooth running of the press, adjusting settings and making repairs as necessary to maintain quality.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Printing Machine Operator/Pressman, preferably in a production or packaging environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and maintain printing equipment effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift:

• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday
• 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
• Pay Rate: $31.00 – $39.00
