Lynks Capital is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager, a role critical for the development and management of our partnerships with key industry partners that help drive our origination. This position is designed for an experienced and hungry sales leader who has vision, determination and unparalleled interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to cultivate new business opportunities, significantly increase revenue, and expand our partnership network.
You have:

- A strong network of contacts in the SMB finance space who trust your experience & judgment.
- Expertise in building and maintaining strategic partnerships within the SMB lending space,
- 1-3 years of experience working directly with strategic partners across the United States.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to new challenges.
- The ability to respond to email and text in a prompt and proffessional manner as needed to get a deal over the finish line.
- CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to effectively monitor partner relationships and performance metrics.
You will:
- Execute targeted marketing strategies to onboard high-performing strategic partners who are committed to delivering quality deal flow.
- Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, leveraging these partnerships to generate high-quality funding opportunities for our credit committee.
- Help implement incentive programs designed to motivate and reward strategic partners for contributing to lead generation efforts.
- Develop and enhance partnership initiatives that align with Lynks Capital business objectives, with a primary focus on driving deal flow to the credit committee.
- This position may require up to 25% travel to prospective partners, conferences, partner site visits.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $50,000 to $250,000 per year inclusive of incentives. In order to provide a competitive compensation package, Lynks Capital takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to market compensation data, relevant experience, pre-existing relationships, skills, education, and certifications.
