Campground Manager
Location: Lynn Ann’s Campground — St. Germain, WI
Employment Period: April to October (flexible with option to extend)

Our family-owned, lakeside retreat offers 130 campsites, a marina, general store, and more. We’re known for our friendly team, peaceful park, well-maintained facilities, and the timeless memories we help our guests create.
Summary
The Campground Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the campground, ensuring a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards of hospitality, safety, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual with strong leadership skills. This role has the potential to transition into a year round management position. Our camping season runs from late April through early October. Position start date may be flexible.
Responsibilities
The Campground Manager will navigate the following areas of responsibility:
- Guest Services – Welcome and foster relationships with guests. Manage the reservation system, including campsite reservations, rentals, check-ins and check-outs. Professionally respond to inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely manner. Provide information about amenities and local attractions / activities as needed.
- General Store – Process transactions and assist with purchasing, receiving, inventory and merchandising. Oversee staff. Maintain an inviting space.
- Marketing and Events – Assist with development and execution of marketing initiatives. Develop, promote and facilitate special events throughout the season.
- Marina Operations – Assist guests with boat rentals, help maintain marine and rental equipment, and manage dockside services.
- Facilities and Grounds – Ensure the cleanliness, safety and functionality of common areas including bathhouse, laundry room, camper rentals, recreational area, marina and waterfront.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or management is preferred
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable in a guest-facing role
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
- Team player who is willing to contribute wherever needed
- Capable of working both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
