- Support billing by preparing invoices and reviewing billing details
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Experience in contract administration, construction, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with contract or billing software is a plus
