- 1:1 attorney-paralegal setup, handling cases from inception to settlement/trial.

- Order medical records and draft complaints.
- Manage discovery (propound & assemble discovery shells).
- Schedule depositions and handle calendar management.
- E-file at the state level and provide litigation support.
- Experience: Plaintiff civil litigation experience required.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with state/local civil procedures, court rules, and deadlines.
- Bonus Skills: Trial support experience & bilingual proficiency (not required).
