What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Gardener position at Lynnscapes?
Our landscaping company has been in the business for over 20 years. Providing high quality landscape design and installation services. We specialize in residential and commercial projects and pride ourselves in our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction and quality work. We are looking for self-motivated, reliable and detail-oriented individuals that are able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications (not required, but recommend):
- Experience in hand pruning (shrubs and roses), planting (trees, perennials, annuals)
- Experience in hedge/shrub trimming
- Experience mulching and edging beds
- Seasonal clean ups
- Experience using gas powered equipment (hedge trimmers, weed whackers, leaf blowers)
- Experience driving heavy equipment (dump trucks, driving a trailer)
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
Other:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 30-40 hours a week, more during busy season
- Hourly pay rate based on experience discussed at interview
- Part-time employment optional upon discussion
- Some employees will be brought on as independent contractors
- College students welcome!
- Based on performance, bonuses, holidays, personal days and Continuing Education Courses in the Green Industry will be offered
